ACER ASPIRE LITE 14-Alt+F10 didn’t work, can anyone help me with this

The Alt+F10 didn’t work for me my laptop is ACER ASPIRE LITE 14 the newer laptops I Really need help I restarted it now and it’s stuck here I need it for schoolwork

    I can’t access anything it’s just stuck here this is the only place I can actually go to at the moment

    Perform this procedure from another computer.

    Enter the BIOS setup and disable Secure Boot, save the changes, and go to the Windows downloads page:

    Connect a USB drive and click "Download Now" in the media creation tool. Follow the steps.

    Once you have created the Windows installation USB drive, safely remove it. Shut down the computer and reconnect it.

    Turn it on and press F12 to access the boot options and select the USB drive.

    Follow the steps to install, and on the first restart, remove the USB drive to prevent the installation from continuing. This will repair the boot.

    If this doesn't fix it, you may have a problem with the disk, in which case it should be checked by a technical service.
