AN17-51 Nitro scene button not working.

Good morning, Sir,

I am using a Nitro 17 laptop and I am experiencing an issue with the Nitro Sense button. The button is not working, even though I have already installed the Nitro Sense application. While I can open the application manually, the Nitro Sense button itself does not function.

    Uninstall the Nitro Sense application, restart your laptop, and then reinstall it from Acer’s official website. What to Do if NitroSense Software Will Not Start

    If your Nitro Sense button isn't working, try restarting your laptop first. If the issue persists, reset Windows performance counters by running lodctr /R in Command Prompt as Administrator, then restart your system. If NitroSense still fails, uninstall the application from All Apps, download the latest version from the Acer Drivers and Manuals site, and reinstall it using Setup.exe.

    Make sure that you don't have Acer Care Center and Quick Access installed as they interfere with the NS functionality, if you do uninstall them both and uninstall your current Nitro Sense and then install the latest Nitro Sense version 4.5.975_20230809 for the AN17-51 as it should work.
