Thanks for the info. Let's troubleshoot this issue together. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Ensure the volume on both your PC and the Bluetooth device is turned up. Sometimes, devices are muted or set to very low volume by default.
Set the Bluetooth Device as Default:
Right-click the speaker icon in your taskbar and select "Sound settings" or "Open Sound settings".
Under "Output", ensure your Bluetooth device is selected as the default audio output.

    Re-pair the Device:
Remove the Bluetooth device from your PC’s Bluetooth & devices settings.
Reconnect it by pairing the device again.

    Update Sound Drivers:
Open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu). Expand "Sound, video and game controllers", right-click your audio driver, and select "Update driver". If an update is available, let it install and restart your PC. If that doesn’t work, uninstall the driver, restart your PC, and let Windows reinstall it.

Update/Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers. Press Win + X → Device Manager.Expand Bluetooth and right-click MediaTek MT7921 → Update driver. Choose Search automatically for drivers. If that doesn’t work, uninstall the driver, restart your PC, and let Windows reinstall it.

Audio Troubleshooter. Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Run the Audio troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

Check App Permissions. If you’re using a specific app, ensure the app has permissions to access audio or isn’t muted within its settings.

Disable Exclusive Mode. Right-click the speaker icon and go to "Sound settings". Click "More sound settings" > select your Bluetooth device > "Properties". Go to the "Advanced" tab and uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".

Check for Windows Updates. Go to Settings → Windows Update and install any pending updates.

Test with Another Bluetooth Audio Device. If possible, connect a different Bluetooth speaker/headphone to check if the issue is device-specific. Reset Bluetooth Stack (Last Resort)
Open Command Prompt as Admin and run:
    cmd
    net stop bthserv
    net start bthserv
    Restart your PC.

If the issue persists, there might be a hardware limitation or driver incompatibility. It could be worth reaching out to the https://www.acer.com/in-en/languages for further assistance.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

If your ANV15-41 PC isn't producing sound through connected Bluetooth audio devices, try these troubleshooting steps: verify your Bluetooth adapter is enabled, check your audio output settings to ensure the correct device is selected, update your Bluetooth drivers, and consider re-pairing or resetting your devices. Also, ensure Bluetooth support services are running and that no other devices are interfering.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:

    1. Verify Bluetooth is Enabled and Correctly Paired:
      Check the Bluetooth adapter:
Ensure your PC's Bluetooth adapter is turned on and not disabled. You can check this in Device Manager (search for it in the Windows search bar).
      Review Paired Devices:
In Bluetooth settings, make sure your audio device is listed as paired and that it's selected as the output device in your PC's audio settings.
    2. Audio Output Settings:
Select Bluetooth Device: In Windows settings, go to System > Sound and choose your Bluetooth device as the default output.
    3. Update Bluetooth Drivers:
Device Manager: Open Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, and update the drivers for your Bluetooth adapter by right-clicking and selecting "Update driver".
    4. Re-pair or Reset Devices:
Remove and Re-pair: Unpair your Bluetooth audio device from your PC and then re-pair it.
Reset Devices: If the issue persists, try resetting your Bluetooth audio device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    5. Bluetooth Support Services:
Check Services: In the Services window (search for it), find the "Bluetooth Support Service," set its startup type to "Automatic," and start the service.
    6. Potential Interference:
Other Devices: Other Bluetooth devices or electronic devices may interfere. Try turning off other devices or moving to a different location to see if that helps.
    7. Windows Troubleshooting:
Troubleshooter: Use the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter to automatically diagnose and fix potential issues.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be a hardware problem with your PC or the Bluetooth device itself. In that case, you might need to contact Dell support or the manufacturer of your Bluetooth device.

Start by checking the default audio output settings under Settings > System > Sound and ensure your Bluetooth device is selected. Restarting the Bluetooth Support Service in the Windows Services menu may help. Updating the audio and Bluetooth drivers via Device Manager can resolve compatibility issues. Running the Windows audio troubleshooter under Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Playing Audio can also detect and fix sound-related problems automatically
