Open Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings.Under "Add an app," select Desktop app, click Browse, and find your game's .exe file. Add it, click on it in the list, select Options, choose High performance, and save. Add your all games here and set high performance one by one.

Then, follow below optimization guide completely-

Low FPS on an Acer Nitro 5 can stem from various factors, including outdated drivers, overheating, background processes, and incorrect settings. To address this, try updating drivers, ensuring the laptop is on the correct power mode, disabling background tasks, and optimizing game settings.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:

    1. Software Issues:
      Outdated Drivers:
Make sure your graphics drivers (both NVIDIA and Intel) are up-to-date, as this can significantly impact performance. You can update them through Device Manager or by downloading the latest versions from the manufacturer's website.
      Background Processes:
Many apps and services run in the background, consuming system resources and potentially causing FPS drops. Disable unnecessary background apps and services in Windows Settings and Task Manager.
      Game Settings:
Adjust game settings to be more suitable for your hardware. Lowering graphics settings, resolution, and effects can significantly improve FPS.
      V-Sync:
V-Sync can sometimes cause FPS drops by syncing the display refresh rate with the game's frame rate. Try disabling it to see if it helps.
      Windows Features:
Disable features like Game DVR, Game Bar, and Game Mode in Windows Settings, as they can impact performance.
    2. Hardware Issues:
      Overheating:
If your laptop is overheating, it will throttle its performance to prevent damage. Ensure good ventilation and consider using a cooling pad.
      Power Mode:
Make sure you are using the correct power plan, which will often be a "High Performance" or "Balanced" setting.
