I put two Memory RAM cards on my laptop Acer Aspire 5 A515-57-55B8, and the cards are the same one, identical, the same memory size, the same formate (DDR4 SODIM), with the same lattency. But I just couldn't activate the Dual Channel. And I don't know if it's because of the laptop doesn't support this configuration.

The Aspire A515-57 works with DDR4-3200MT?s CL22 type ram only, it has a max capacity of 64GB, see Crucial ram upgrade guide and ram components, if you put 2x identical spec ram of this type into this laptop it will work in dual channel. For best results you should use an identical capacity ram kit. If you install CPUz in its Memory section> Channel #: should show 2x 64bit if the ram is running in dual channel.

Note: I'm using the same laptop which is the Aspire AS515-57-56UV model and I've upgraded its ram to the Crucial ram (which is really a Micron built ram) to the Crucial 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR4-3200 SODIMM - DDR4-3200 • CL=22 • NON-ECC • SODIMM • 260-pin • 1.2V • 2Rx8/1Rx8 • PC4-25600 and my laptop works perfectly with this kit in dual channel.

Also be aware, that this laptops boot SSD1 slot is a Gen 4 x4 type M.2 SSD drive, as in my A515-57 laptop Acer fitted a Gen 3 X4 M.2 SSD boot drive instead of a Gen 4 x4 M.2 SSD drive, as this also makes this laptop run allot slower than if it has a Gen 4 x4 M.2 SSD drive. So check your M.2 SSD drive speed with either CrystalDiskMark or AS SSD benchmarking software's if your boot SSD M.2 drive is a Gen 4 x4 lane type drive. Good luck and hope this helps you out to solve this problem.
