For such a new AIO like the Aspire C27-195ES it should not be showing a very high core temperature in its 2 of the 12 threads and should not hang at all. These symptoms are due mainly to the cpu overheating as its not being cooled properly or the cpu is faulty. Make sure that you have all the Win-11 24H2 updates to the last OS build: 26100.3915 and that you have the bios version 1.01 installed.

Do not try and do anything else with this new AIO and send your Aspire C27-195ES to Acer Tech Support in your country, so that the Acer technicians can analyze this problem and replace the appropriate parts, as your C27-195ES might need a new mainboard with a new cpu, which aint cheap and its best that you get all the problems that this AIO has now fixed under warranty. Good luck and hope this assists you to solve this problem out.

What do you mean by "high core temperature"? 60C, 80C, 100C?
