Can anyone please extract the monitor driver and the color profiles of SFG14-71-58UB?

I made a post about this around 5 months back, and this is a follow-up to that. Please check my previous post here to get a full idea:

Turns out, all I'm missing is the monitor driver (not to be confused with the display or graphics driver) and the color profiles (if there's any), and it'd be greatly appreciated if anyone help me out. My laptop is the one mentioned in the title, but any model in SFG14-71 that has VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 will do.

Acer doesn't have that type of driver for laptops. Only the display driver and it's utilities that allow you to tweak the display.

@billsey I did some digging, and my laptop's display EDID is fine. Only, Windows isn't recognizing that the laptop has support for VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 - which very much implies that the Windows is missing the drivers that let it know. This all started because I did a Windows Reset. I've very much correctly installed all the drivers except for the monitor driver, which is nowhere to be found and, because of that, Windows is relying on its generic monitor driver stack (from [Content Removed] 2006) to run the display.

Or, the firmware or the display EDID maybe did somewhat get corrupted or wiped. I don't know.

The driver needed for that is the display driver, not a monitor driver. Your system uses the Raptor Lake chipset, so the correct driver is going to be Intel's latest. Which version of that driver is installed? I see that Acer only has 31.0.101 available. I think I'm running 32.0.101 instead right now.

@billsey Yes, it's Core i5-13500H. Mine is 31.0.101.4032. I guess my only option now is to have the Acer team factory reset my laptop huh…

You can update the driver directly from Intel after checking the box that you understand it is different than the one that Acer provides.

@billsey I've tried the Intel DSA tool. It updates the graphics driver, but the certifications do not come back. The Acer D2D Recovery also seems to have gone. It's enabled and Alt + F10 does nothing.

The D2D recovery is only workable until Windows does a big update, when Microsoft overwrites the Acer recovery image with the new update image.

@billsey They could've at least provided recovery images with the laptop. That would've been much more helpful. Oh well, I do have one of the USB ports bugging out. I'll ask them about these things when I go to get the port fixed. Thank you for the assist.
