Hello, my computer is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 and Windows 11 is installed as the operating system. No matter what I did, I couldn't solve it. I deleted the driver, reinstalled it, formatted it 3-4 times, I update Windows every time I format, then I install the I/O driver and set up the touchpad. Please solve my problem!

Hi, boot to BIOS with F2 and check the Touchpad settings, if it is set to PS/2 change that to 12C HID and press F10 (save settings). Boot to Windows and uninstall the 12C HID device in Device Manager-Human Interface Devices, just reboot and set the Gestures & interactions in the Touchpad settings, not sure what type of touchpad multi-function you are looking for?

Hi, BIOS for the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 does include a Touchpad setting. If your touchpad isn't functioning properly, you can boot into BIOS by pressing F2 during startup. Once inside, check the Touchpad settings—if it's set to PS/2, change it to I2C HID and press F10 to save the settings. If you don't see that touchpad setting, press Ctrl + S to show the hidden options. I noticed you have FAST BOOT enabled; you may want to disable that option as it may block you from entering BIOS with F2.
