    Yes, you can use whatever gaming case that you desire with the Predator Orion 500 PO5-650 model, as it has a square mATX size mainboard and not a proprietary Acer board and it also has a board with the oem 24pin PSU plug that can comes oem with an 800W or 850W PSUs that the desktop comes with. This PSU can be upgraded to the higher optional Acer listed 1200W PSU for more power for a gpu upgrade like below, so be aware of this also. good luck and hope this helps you out.
