Hi there. I have a Aspire 7600U all-In-One computer. I want to update drivers on it (Windows 10, 64Bit) but Acer page can't find my serial number and my SNID.
I downloaded the serial number detection tool, and both sets are the same as the sticker behind the computer.
Anyone face same situation and how could resolve it?
Thank you.

Make sure you are accessing the Acer Customer Self Service site that corresponds to the region where you purchased your laptop. Acer web sites are regional and may not recognize SNIDs from other regions.

Double-check that you are entering the SNID/Serial Number exactly as it appears on your device or the original purchase documentation, including any spaces or dashes.

You can also try using the "Auto-Detect my serial number" option on the Acer Contact Us page to see if that retrieves your serial number.  Acer System Information tool

You can try to contact Acer support directly through their official website or phone number. They may be able to manually verify your SNID/Serial Number or provide further assistance Acer Worldwide Support

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

    Hi there.
Thank you for your support, but issue remains. No make sure why Acer portal doesn't recognize the serial number of this PC.

Acer serial numbers are 22 alpha-numeric characters, and will always use zero and never the letter O.

In this case, you may try to contact Acer support directly through their official website chat or phone number. They may be able to manually verify your SNID and the Serial Number or provide further assistance Acer Worldwide Support

Just use the model number, not the S/N or SNID. The databases are purged of old numbers after the products are out or warranty and the Aspire 7600U models are well over ten years old. They are old enough that very likely the drivers are no longer on Acer's support sites as well…
