Acer Extensa 15 Fan Speed control not working. EXT215-55-53T6

While using the device the fan speed control shortcuts doesn't work. When FN + F is pressed, it says "Normal" and even when pressed multiple times, it won't go out of normal mode.(Fn keys works all fine F1-F12) I find this really annoying because sometimes at idle, it just blowing at high RPM and very noise, and when playing games the temps are 75 ℃ < (I might be overstressing the laptop as it has a iGPU)

The only time the fan speed goes up to 100% is during a BIOS update. (I updated yesterday from 1.28 to 1.30) Using Windows 11 24H2.

Can't I set a fan speed profile manually in this specific model? Argus Monitor also doesn't show the fan speed control option so maybe the motherboard doesn't support it?

Is there any other way to increase or decrease fan speed without involving Acer Care Center and AcerSense or Quick Access? They are all showing me just the options to turn on optimized charging and BlueShield.

I don't see anything in the service guide that says there is more than just the one fan table, so likely different fan profiles aren't supported on this model in Acer Sense or Acer Care Center. There are different profiles between the different GPU options, but that's it. You can try each of the third party fan controller apps, but if they don't support access to the fans you are likely out of luck.

Try these aftermarket software fan controllers like FanControl or MSI afterburner or Easy Tune 5 as these software's should be able to control your Extensa 215-55 alptops fans.

In the SpeedFan application, the fans tab is empty.

So, is the motherboard unsupported? 'FanControl' is telling me that there isn't any fan speed sensor.

You can try to reinstall AcerSense app.

I uninstalled AcerSense then downloaded the latest version from the support page. But now even it does finish installing, it doesn't show up in the start menu or search. Acer Care Center is also broken now. What should I do @AnhEZ28

Yes. I think this model doesn't have any fan profiles.

But now, I have a bigger problem. All acer software, including Care Center and AcerSense aren't working now. After reinstalling, they no longer show up in the start menu or taskbar. So many Media functions keys and Numlock key doesn't work now. (Latest versions of all apps, bios and windows)
