Acer aspire A314 21 6309 ram compatibility

Hi i have acer aspire A314 21 6309 and i recently buy 8gb crucial 2400mhz ram but its nit working when im installing it

I ask the seller and they said that mine was only compatible with 4gb 2400 ram

They say that by looking to the cpu model of the laptop which is amd a6 9220e radeon R4 5 compute core

I was trying to upgarde it to its max capacity so I could used it more reliable in my studies

    but when i buy 8gb 2400 mhz sodimm

    Crucial ram its nit working I installed it then i was getting a blue screen error but when i remove it its back to normal

    If your laptop has 8GB on board you can install only 4 GB module. if your laptop has 4 GB onboard then you can install 8GB memory module. Make sure you use the memory module of correct voltage and speed. Here are some modules with part number.
