This model is from May 2021 and if the battery was not replaced it may be depleted after 4 years. A blinking amber battery LED indicates a bad battery. Trying to start with only the power adapter won't work with modern mobile devices that often have the battery wired in series, meaning that the adapter power is interrupted when the battery is removed. A good quality battery will last 1,000 full charge cycles or 4 years, cheap Chinese or refurbished batteries last only one year. Actually, I've been replaced the battery 6 months ago, i bought it from a local shop, And they gave me genuine battery (i didn't check the Genuinity of that product) now i don't know whether i want to change the battery or not, how can i check it, And give me a link of genuine battery, thats available for india

its not working I've done it 2-3 times already, still it not turning off after showing empty battery screen and amber light blinking

If the battery was replaced six months ago, it's unlikely that the battery is faulty here. Ensure your charger is functioning properly by testing it with another compatible device. Or a local store may be able to check if the charger is working and supplying enough wattage or not.

Just don't allow local stores to repair your laptop. Allow them to check your charger adapter and try another compatible charger to see if the issue is with the charger or not. They probably have charger.

if issue is with adaptor then consider getting original power adaptor.

I gave it to the Acer authorized service centre and they said my motherboard is fried, but i can turn my laptop on and it can show the "critical low battery" Window Then, the sudden switch off, and orange light blinking as always for (2-4min)
