Take it to a local laptop repair shop for a professional evaluation & repair estimate.

Different Spin models are … different. Enough so that you can't use the platform to determine issues like that, unless you also add in all other USB-C charging models, not just Spins. The SP313-51N and SP314-54N are different sized and have different batteries. They are both 11th gen Intel based, but that's about all they have in common.

My Model has same issue… SP313-51N-58L1

Thankfully it has barrel adaptor port… bought one and use it now, USB-C still not working.

Try another USB charger too. They're cheap enough.

Brand new, only charged mine once before it stopped charging via the Acer charger that came with computer. I haven’t spilt anything on it, have not dropped it and it has remained in a protective computer case. I’m so dissapointed, I bought an Acer years ago and loved it, bought one to replace that and it stopped worker only after having it a couple of months, again I took good care of it, I sent it in and it was a right off, I was given my money back to purchase another laptop, but I hate it. Ended up buying the Acer spin as I liked the size and lived my original Acer. This is the second brand new Acer laptop that has has issues. It’s not good enough. They are expensive and something we need in today’s world, . . But we can not afford to invest 800 dollars and not be able to use it. My spin stopped charging so I went out and bought a new charger!!!!!! More money. That didn’t work either. My iPhone charger will get a light cone on but the charging takes hours and will only charge if almost empty battery, you can not top up your charge if it’s sat 40 percent. It’s annoying, I’m still under warranty but I live a long way from the city and have not been well. This is such an inconvenience. I can’t afford a new one. Anyone got any suggestions! It’s obviously a fault because I have read so many treads like this with people having the same issue. Acer sort this problem out. You are going to loose your loyal customers and I will not be buying an Acer again

Unfortunately reading all the comments here, made me realize that I waste my money buying Acer Spin 3 since I am dealing with the same issue as many. Must wait 3 days for the computer to charge or just never unplug it. (very convenient for a laptop). replace the battery $$ and nothing, did all resets, updates etc and nothing. Lets wait until someone comes whit a less expensive solution like.. buying a mac lol

Type-C port charging is usually slower than the normal power jack because of limited current-carrying capacity the port and type-C charger itself.
