My laptop only can charging normally when the system on sleep mode, but its will cut off charging suddenly while im using it! Anyone face this issue before?

Have you ever checked the monitor temprature. It might be due to overheating.

This model is from January 2021, the battery may be bad after 4 years, run a battery report, paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, press Ctrl+P or right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

Maybe your laptop is facing an overheating issue. Sometimes, due to this, the charging automatically stops. Try using cooling pads for the laptop. Also, if you think that your battery or charger has issues, then get them checked at the service Centre for a proper diagnosis.
