I've only had this laptop for just over a year & already needed to have the hard drive & battery replaced (thank goodness under warranty). Recently I needed to replace the AC chord & was told this is a common problem. Anyone else have these problems? So disappointed.

Yes, many people experience similar issues with their laptops, especially within the first few years of ownership. Hard drive failures, battery issues, and even AC cord problems are not uncommon, and it's frustrating when they arise so early. Hard drives can be susceptible to failure due to various factors. While newer SSDs are more durable, they can still fail. Lithium-ion batteries have a limited lifespan and degrade over time.AC cords, especially those with flexible or weak connections, can be prone to damage and fraying, leading to issues with power delivery.

While it's frustrating to encounter problems early on, laptops are complex devices, and issues are not always indicative of poor quality. Taking proactive measures and utilizing warranty support can help you mitigate future problems and extend the lifespan of your laptop.😐️

Thanks, but was wondering how common the problem is with the AC cord on this specific laptop-the person who got a replacement for me said it was very common. I've never had this problem with any other laptop that I've had for years.
