Hi all,

I have just purchased a new Ultra 5 Swift go laptop SFG16-72 and the sound is absolutely terrible. I cannot hear it and checked the settings, and they seem to be at 100% Has anyone else experienced this issue or am not checking something?

But remember the speakers used are pretty small, in order to fit the slim laptop, so they will not perform as well as external speakers.

Ensure the volume is set to 100% in both the system settings and the applications you are using.
Try installing the audio driver from Acer's support page specific to your laptop model.

If the problem persists, consider applying for a return or replacement, as your laptop is likely covered under the return and replacement policy.
