The download link is not broken. I downloaded it successfully. Try using a different browser. You need to extract the zip file to view HH514217 executable file.

Updating your system BIOS is only necessary if a new version has been released to resolve a specific issue or contains an improvement for your system. You should not update your BIOS if your computer is working just fine.

I have tried Edge / Firefox / Chrome with the link you provided, it seems all the same result file is corrupt.
All I got is 4mb file not it supposed to be 21.9mb.
FYI, I have tried the previous 2.16 BIOS link, and it could download and extract just fine.
The reason, I searched for the new update. It's because 2.16 or maybe further ahead seems to have a power leakage issue. Version 2.16 decreases about 8% battery power a day. (I just renewed my battery, still the same)Sam Lin
