Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 crashes in turbo mode during Arma 3 despite low CPU usage

I bought the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 for its powerful processor to help get more fps in CPU intensive games like Arma 3 which I play a lot. Unfortunately, whenever I put the laptop in turbo mode to be able to utilize the 5.8Mhz CPU frequency which help arma 3 getting more frames, the game crashes after a while.

After checking my laptop temps, it appeared that the CPU is reaching temps of 100 degree Celsius and thermal throttling even though the CPU usage is barely 15% as Arma 3 uses 4 cores only. This is really annoying and unfortunate. Is there any solution for that?
When I put the power mode into Balanced, the system stability improves a lot, but it does affect arma 3 performance a lot as single core frequency affects arma 3 fps drastically.

Any suggestions or help?

1.Update Drivers: Make sure your graphics drivers (both Intel and NVIDIA) are up to date.

2.Check for updates in Predator Sense: Make sure that the Predator Sense software is up to date.

All drivers are updated, all windows updates installed, all pending drivers for nvidia and geforce experience are updated.
BIOS is updated to version v1.16, I am very frustrated, the only way to make the laptop stop crashing is to put the power mode in Windows to best power efficiency which will limit the CPU maximum frequency to 3.8Ghz and will hurt Arma 3 performance a lot which is not practical because I bought the laptop just for the few extra fps in ARMA 3.

Is this normal? if I put the laptop in turbo mode and windows power to Most performance, it will crash in 2 mins, If I use Balanced in Acer sense and Balanced in windows, it will still crash but it will take hours to crash.
As for the temperature, the laptop is on a cooling pad and I put the AC at 22 degrees celcius and CPU temps are above 90 but never reaching 100 in balanced, and still crashing.
    Please advise.

The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 may crash in Turbo mode due to various factors, including overheating, GPU issues, or RAM problems. To troubleshoot, consider adjusting power settings, checking RAM, updating drivers, and even performing a BIOS update.
    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Adjust Power Settings:
Reduce CPU turbo frequencies to prevent overheating. In Windows power settings, set "Processor power management" to 95-99%.
    2. Check RAM:
Run memory diagnostic tests to rule out RAM issues, which can sometimes lead to crashes under high performance modes.
    3. Update Drivers:
Ensure you have the latest graphics drivers installed. Update the NVIDIA drivers through the NVIDIA Control Panel.
    4. Update BIOS:
If there's a BIOS update available for your laptop, consider updating it to the latest version. The BIOS file should be in the root folder of your internal hard drive.
    5. Disable Defender:
Some users have reported that disabling Windows Defender and other antivirus software temporarily can resolve crashing issues.
    6. Consider Hardware Issues:
If none of the above steps work, it's possible there are hardware issues, such as the GPU failing to respond.
    7. Monitor for Errors:
Check the Event Log in Windows for any error messages related to the GPU or other hardware.

    Thanks for your reply.

Kindly note that as I mentioned before, BIOS is v1.16 which is the latest, and Nvidia drivers are most updated from Geforce experience.

As for the power settings, it seems that the issue is when the CPU is using higher frequencies as when I put the power mode in windows 11 to Best Efficiency issue not appearing, which still a solution but not a good one as it is heavily affecting Arma 3 fps (Around 20%).

I already tried your suggestion of limiting maximum CPU usage to 95%, I even put it on 50% with no luck as long as CPU is using the 5.8ghz turbo frequency, even the temps are not affected when I limit the maximum CPU usage to 50%.

Note that arma 3 is using only 15% of the CPU as it uses only 4 cpu cores, I was surprised that even with such low cpu usage temps are still above 90 degrees.

Do you have a similar laptop? Are you facing these issues when in turbo mode or windows best performance mode?
