You can try uninstalling and reinstalling discord apps, disable audio enhancement from settings . Follow below steps as well.

    1. Disable Automatic Gain Control in Discord
    • Open Discord and go to User Settings (gear icon).
    • Navigate to Voice & Video under App Settings.
    • Scroll down and turn off Automatic Gain Control. This feature adjusts audio dynamically and can cause fluctuations.

    2. Reset Discord's Voice Settings

    • In Discord, go to User Settings → Voice & Video.
    • Scroll down and click Reset Voice Settings, then confirm by clicking "Okay." Restart Discord afterward

Select the Driver tab, then select Roll Back Driver. Download the latest audio driver directly from the PC/Laptop Manufacturer's support website and restart your computer. 6. Try to unplug your keyboard it is also possible that there are stuck keys that are causing the problem.

    1. Physical Input Issues:
      Stuck Keyboard Keys:
Check if any of the volume up/down keys on your keyboard are stuck or partially depressed.
      Faulty Mouse Wheel:
If you have a mouse with a wheel that can control volume, it might be malfunctioning and causing the volume to fluctuate.
      Unplug and Test:
Unplug your keyboard and mouse (or just the mouse if you suspect it) and see if the issue persists. If it stops, the problem is likely with one of those devices.
    2. Audio Driver Problems:
      Outdated Drivers:
Ensure your audio drivers are up to date. Go to Device Manager (Windows logo key + X, then select Device Manager), expand "Sound, video and game controllers," right-click your audio device, and select "Update driver".
      Driver Reinstallation:
If updating doesn't work, try uninstalling the audio driver (again, from Device Manager) and then reinstalling it (Windows will usually reinstall it automatically, or you can download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website).
      Roll Back Drivers:
If you recently updated your audio drivers, try rolling back to a previous version.
    3. Windows Settings:
      Disable Audio Enhancements:
Go to Sound Control Panel (right-click the speaker icon in the system tray, then select "Open Sound Settings"), select your speakers, and click "Properties." Go to the "Enhancements" tab and disable any enhancements.
      Disable Exclusive Control:
In the same Sound Control Panel, go to the "Advanced" tab and uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
      Check Sound Scheme:
Go to Sound Control Panel, select the "Sounds" tab, and ensure the "Sound Scheme" is set to "Windows Default".
      Run as Administrator:
If the problem persists, try running the program that plays the audio as an administrator.

Start by disabling input sensitivity settings in Discord. Navigate to User Settings → Voice & Video, then turn off the option for Automatically determine input sensitivity. Adjust the sensitivity slider manually to suit your environment. Next, ensure your audio drivers are updated. Open Device Manager, locate your audio driver, right-click on it, and select Update driver. Follow the prompts to install the latest version, which can help resolve compatibility issues with your system audio
