If your Acer Connect M3 consistently fails to obtain an IPv4 address via DHCP until you reboot, it could indicate a problem with the network adapter, DHCP server, or network settings. Try these troubleshooting steps:

Ensure the network cable is securely connected and working properly, and that the connection is stabl
Make sure the network adapter is enabled and the correct driver is installed and updated.
Ensure the DHCP server is functioning correctly and has available IP addresses. On your Acer Connect M3, release and renew the IP address to force a new lease from the DHCP server.
Some power-saving features on the network adapter can interfere with DHCP, so try disabling them. Ensure there are no IP address conflicts on your network. If you are managing the DHCP server, try restarting the DHCP server service.

Ensure your Acer Connect M3 has the latest firmware. As a last resort, consider performing a factory reset on the Acer Connect M3.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

If your Acer Connect M3 isn't getting an IPv4 address via DHCP, try these troubleshooting steps: Check your router, ensure DHCP is enabled, and try a reboot of both the router and the device.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:-

    Check your router's DHCP settings:
Log into your router's web interface (usually by typing its IP address in a web browser).
Find the DHCP server settings and ensure it's enabled and configured correctly.
Verify the IP address range and subnet mask are appropriate for your network.
Reboot your router and the Acer Connect M3:
Unplug the router's power adapter for a few seconds, then plug it back in.
Restart the Acer Connect M3 device.
    Check for network cable issues:
If you're using a wired connection, ensure the network cable is properly connected to both the router and the Acer Connect M3.
Try a different network cable or port on the router.
    Check for conflicts:
Make sure you don't have any other devices on your network that are using the same IP address as the Acer Connect M3.
Try a static IP (as a test):
If you can't get DHCP to work, temporarily assign a static IP address to the Acer Connect M3 (within the same IP range as the router) to see if it can connect.
If it connects with a static IP, the problem is likely with the DHCP server or the device's ability to obtain an IP address from it.
    Check for firmware updates:
Make sure your router and the Acer Connect M3 device are running the latest firmware versions.
