You can connect your Acer tablet directly to your computer to transfer files between your computer and your tablet's internal memory or installed microSD card. Use the instructions and illustration below to transfer files between your tablet and computer.
Plug the supplied USB sync cable into the micro USB connector on your device.
Plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your computer. Your device should now appear as a drive in file explorer on your computer.
Swipe down from the top of the screen to display the notification area. Tap on Charging this device via USB.
Then choose whether you want to:
    File Transfer (the recommended option)
    Transfer photos (PTP).

In you windows device still doesn't to show the Acer tablet, we would suggest you to perform the below steps and check.
Unplug the devices from the PC.
Go to C:\Windows\INF in the PC
Type wpdmtp.inf in search bar provided to the right of the address bar of file explorer.
Once you found it, just right click on it and select install. It will take a very few seconds.
Connect your device to the pc and check.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

If you're having trouble connecting your B3A-20 tablet to your Windows 10 PC, ensure your tablet is in "Media Device" mode, use a good USB cable, and try a different USB port or reinstalling the MTP driver if necessary.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential issues and solutions:-

    1. Check Tablet Connection Mode:
Connect the tablet to the computer with a USB cable. Use the charging cable that came with your tablet or a compatible one.
Tap the notification on the tablet. A list of connection options will appear.
Tap "Media Device" or "Transfer Files". This allows your computer to access the tablet's files.
    2. Ensure Proper USB Connection:
Check your USB cables for any damage. If they're broken or frayed, they could cause connection issues.
Try a different USB cable. Sometimes, the issue is with the cable itself.
Try a different USB port on your PC. Sometimes, the USB port might be faulty or not providing enough power.
Make sure the cable is securely plugged in: both to the tablet and the PC.

After connecting your B3A-20 tablet to your Windows 10 device via USB, you should verify that the tablet is set to the appropriate USB mode. You can check this by sliding down the notification bar on your tablet after connecting it to the PC. If the tablet isn't recognized, you may need to reinstall or update the drivers. You can do this via Device Manager on your PC. Check if the USB cable is functioning properly and try connecting to a different USB port on your computer. Ensure your Windows 10 is fully updated, as updates often resolve compatibility issues with devices.
