Predator PTN16-51-92GF the external power supply that comes with it stops charging the battery.

Good morning,

I bought a Predator Triton Neo 16 about a month ago, but the external power supply that comes with it stops charging the battery. I have to unplug it and reconnect it, it starts charging but after a few minutes it stops charging again.

How can I solve this? Is there an update or do I have to send it in for assistance?
