Blue colour backlit is slowly blinking on Predator helios neo 16

I recently bought the new predator helios neo 16 2024 . I have customized different keyboard effects for different scenario's but today when I turned on my laptop it is not as I customized. It is slowly blinking with blue colour only . But when I turn on the "Backlit off after 30 seconds" option it turns off , otherwise it is same as before .Why?

Hi, the slow blinking KB might mean the system is in a low-power state or transitioning between modes. Check that the battery is charged >50% and the power adapter is plugged in. Don't use a USB-C charger.

I have unplugged it and again plugged it back . But now my keyboard lights are not wroking . I have tried changing all the different light settings in predator sense ?!

What does the battery meter on the taskbar indicate? Must be more than 50% for Predator Sense to function, don't unplug the power adapter, don't use a USB-C charger.

Battery is full 100% and the laptop is plugged in

Completed doing that as well. After searching the web I figured that it might be the problem or glitch with the EC controller as I am not able to turn on the RGB lighting

Try to update the BIOS also if you haven't done that.

Did that a few days back....can I try updating the EC firmware update .

If your Predator Helios Neo 16 keyboard backlight is slowly blinking blue, try these troubleshooting steps: check the PredatorSense app, Acer Lighting Service, and BIOS settings for backlight control, and ensure your graphics drivers are up to date.

There is no firmware for the EC.
Try this, turn off the laptop, unplug the charger, and hold the power button for 15 seconds to reset the power of the laptop.
Or fully uninstall all Predator Sense related apps, and reinstall them again.

Thank you for the help guys. I just deleted and reinstalled the predatorsense app twice, on the second second time it worked .Its fine now . Probably a glitch in the predatorsense.🤝
