Personal Account Set-Up vs Corporate Account

I am an existing Acer customer. I've now decided to use Acer products for my business activities and recently created a corporate account. I'm also now interested in buying updated Acer hardware for personal use by myself and other family members; however when I went online with a Chat representative for help with setting up a separate account with my personal email I got no meaningful assistance. I am unable to find any Acer CS email online for U.S. customers. Suggestions?
