Good morning, Thanks for your reply, I did that option yesterday after searching, but it is not the same as a clean reset as it was when I chose " Get Start" because I wanted to remove everything, after I finished that way I noticed something was there and I thought that everything should be removed then I tried to use my external drive, but it couldn't work with me and I need to watch a video on YouTube Thanks for your help and have a wonderful day

I think Acer can make a YouTube video about a recovery using ISO and an external hard drive for unfortunate people like myself who don't know how to do so

Hi, if the recovery option in Acer Care Center is not working type Reset in the Windows Search box, click Yes and select the option without losing your files. If that fails too, the recovery partition on the boot drive may be corrupted and will have to reinstall Windows with an ISO image and USB disk.
