    @SUVEXOO

    What Acer model do you have? Typein the full model number.
    Is TPM even supported by your device? Is the TPM option greyed out or missing? Is there any error message related to TPM?

    I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

    Same for me can't find TPM module PT515-51-78QL running UEFI and BIOS 1.13 no options relating to TPM within the BIOS itself.

    The Predator Triton PT515-51 has the a TPM chip as its impossible that it does NOT have a TPM chip, look in in its BIOS > SECURITY section like below, its impossible that this section in the bios is not there, the caption below is from the PT515-51 Acer service guide.

    Hi Steven thanks for the response. Impossible is such a misused word. Maybe unlikely is what you are looking for.

    However I can assure you that the BIOS does not contain the above as you show in your PIC. I have spoken to ACER supper today and they suggest a full factory reset to see if I can get the option back into the BIOS.

    We even tried to reset the BIOS via F9 and F10 options within BIOS to no avail.

    Also it appears that this has occurred to a number of people. I will post the solution to this when I figure it out.

    Here is the BIOS pic as it stands now, even after a reset of the BIOS. Next step is to reset my laptop to factory.

    That is very unusual for such a high end Acer gaming laptop like a Triton, there must be a TPM chip fault on your mainboard that needs replacing by a technician, which will work out cheaper for you if he can get the TPM chip? Take your PT515-51 to a technician near you (as Acer will replace the mainboard as they don't fix chips on mainboards) as replacing a mainboard on these Predator Triton laptops is very expensive. as and if you need to do that, then you might as well buy a new laptop as the mainboard could be as much as U2500 USD for a mainboard of your laptop. Good luck.
