How to disable auto updates for NitroSense?

I had to reinstall the program twice cuz it won't work properly with the latest update. The fan control doesn't work, nor is it even checking their speed, gpu&cpu temperatures etc. With the previous version (which is available on the site), however, everything worked perfectly. But after the reinstallation auto update ruined it one more time. I tried to shut down the update checking in the program itself but it didn't work, so if anyone knows how to fix this without downloading the other program instead lol, let me know please.
Thanks

Hi, check NitroSense Settings: Open the NitroSense app and look for an option to disable automatic updates, if there is such option, in Windows disable Optional Updates in Advanced settings

Plus, if you do the rest of the available updates, the latest version usually works right. There is likely something like a BIOS update you are missing that the new version relies on.

To disable automatic updates for NitroSense, you can try disabling the "ACCSvc" service in Windows Services, or you can explore options within the Acer Care Center, depending on how updates are managed on your specific Acer Nitro device.
Here's a breakdown of potential methods:-

Disabling the ACC Service (If applicable):
If your NitroSense updates are managed by Acer Care Center (ACC), you can try disabling the "ACCSvc" service in Windows Services.
    How to disable the service:
Open the Windows Services manager (search for "services.msc" in the Start Menu).
    Locate "ACCSvc" in the list.
Right-click on it and select "Properties".
Set the "Startup type" to "Manual" or "Disabled".
    Click "Apply" and then "OK".
Note: Disabling this service might prevent other features of Acer Care Center from working correctly, so proceed with caution and consider the potential impact.
