Had to uninstall my Graphic Card driver but when i tried downloading it in the "Drivers and Manuals" tab nothing came up and it said "Serial Number not found", even though it's definitely correct. Anyone else having the same issue?

Edit: Also, Care Center can't seem to find the drivers too.

What's is the full model number of your laptop?

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Just enter your model number instead of the serial number. When devices have been out or warranty for a while, Acer removes them from the database, so S/N and SNID no longer work, but model number still does until the model goes completely out of support.

First, double-check the serial number to ensure it's correct. Sometimes, characters can be easily mixed up. If the serial number is still not recognized, consider updating your BIOS/UEFI settings, as this can resolve issues with missing serial numbers. If the problem persists, contact the Acer Suppport

If Acer Care Center cannot find the drivers, update the software to the latest version. Windows Update can also help, as it often finds and installs necessary drivers for your hardware. If these methods don't work, manually download and install the drivers from the Acer website by entering your model number and selecting the appropriate drivers.
