Hello, how can I find my driver for e5-471 running windows 8.1 because in the drivers page it only have the one running windows 10 and only have bios and acer quick access.

Hi, support for Windows8.1 ended on January 10, 2023, you should install Windows10 22H2 that will be supported until October 14, 2025.
