I have tried three different cables, usb-c - hdmi, hdmi-hdmi, display port-hdmi, and none of them can not be detected. I have tried it on my pc and it works perfectly. I have updated my drivers and have tried pretty much everything.

Hi @IvanH56 please indicate the exact model of the computer in the case of an Acer so that we can know the characteristics of its ports and the version of Windows.

The computer must output video through the HDMI port and also (with a compatible cable) through the USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt4:

Some of those models don't have a Thunderbolt port, hence the separate listing for a USB-C SKU and a TBT SKU. The ones that have USB-C only do not support DP Alt Mode, so the simple USB to HDMI or DP cables will not work for video.

Does your laptop have the ThunderBolt symbol on the USB-C port?

That USB-C port will not have display output.

If the laptop HDMI port does not work, try to fully uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver and install it again. Or use a USB-HDMI adapter.
