If Secure Boot is greyed out and can't be disabled, check for an option to "Set Administrator Password" or "Secure Boot Control" and see if disabling that unlocks the Secure Boot option.

Or in some systems, Secure Boot can only be disabled when the system is set to Legacy Boot mode instead of UEFI.

Look for an option like "Boot Mode" or "UEFI/Legacy Boot Mode" and set it to Legacy.

After switching, try again to disable Secure Boot. Hope this helps.
