Why Does My Acer ES1-512 Freeze and Fail to Power On? How Can I Fix It?

I'm using an Acer ES1-512 series laptop, and recently, while working, the screen suddenly froze. None of the control keys responded, so I did what I usually do—I pressed the power button to force a shutdown. However, when I tried to turn it back on, the laptop wouldn’t start. It would make a brief startup sound but then shut down again. Interestingly, when I plugged in a USB mouse, the mouse light would flash once, and my phone could still charge through the USB port. Then, after pressing the power button again, the screen suddenly came back to life. But after some time, it froze again, forcing me to power it off. When I tried to turn it back on, the same issue occurred.

This has happened twice now—each time, the screen freezes, I shut it down, and then it won’t turn on. I’ve tried everything, including disconnecting the built-in battery and holding the power button for an extended time, but nothing seems to work.

What could be causing this issue, and what can I do to fix it?
