Has anyone received a Predator controller as part of Predator promotion?

I have applied for the free controller and had my claim accepted on the 3rd of January, but I've heard nothing since?

Has anyone received a controller as part of this promotion?

Will I ever receive mine?

    Contact Acer UK for their promotion as its only with them that you can enquire, this is ONLY a special promotion with Acer UK! Acer community is not tied specifically with Acer UK, so you will have to make all the enquiries with them and be patient until Acer ships this out to you.. Good luck

    It is possible other locales have a similar promotion, though they aren't showing up in my searches. Things like that are almost always localized to a specific country or vendor.

    I've tried to contact support directly, and I tried replying to the delivery claim process conversation, but no answer, so I thought I'd try here to see if anyone has been successful.

    Hey man kinda in the same boat as you! Bought myself a Helios 16 and saw the promotion and jumped onto it to claim my free controller too. I registered and got the first communication on the 16th of Jan saying they will go through my application and let me know after 15 days. They did get back on the 4th of Feb saying the submission was successful and they will be looking into shipping the controller as soon as possible. After this however 2.5 weeks later I have not heard anything since and like you I can’t seem to get a response from both email and the online conversation.

    Hi, good news, my controller randomly turned up the other day. It took well over the 15 days they stated, but did eventually turn up.

    I guess you just need to wait.

    I admit I did tempt fate by buying another controller just a few days before the Predator controller arrived, so maybe that's what you need to do :)

    😁hey Aloonus, 15 days is not a long time to wait, as you are not the only Acer customer that took advantage of this controller offer. I think 15 days is a very reasonable and speedy delivery, just remember the phrase of "patience is a virtue"👍️

    it’s definitely a waiting game I finally got a response after 4 weeks with the following


    “Hi ,

    We want to apologize for the delay in responding to your message and for any inconvenience this has caused.

    We are currently experiencing delays in controller deliveries from the manufacturer. Therefore we kindly ask you to be patient.

    Thank you for your understanding. We will keep a close eye on your order and we’ll update you as soon as there’s progress. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.”


    glad they at least acknowledged and responded so I am happy to wait now hopefully get it sometime soon! As Steven above said patience which is fair for something free I guess.

    Yeah, 15 days isn't a long time to wait.

    I'm not sure if you miss read my original comment, but it's been well over 15 days

    And I'm not unreasonable, I know things can take a while… but I had zero response from Acer after having tried numerous channels.

    It took more like 40 days to get sorted.

    No way to track it, it just turned up.

    I checked the link they gave me about my claim, and it still had my questions as the last messages on there.

    Good to see there are signs of life at ACER and you've had a response.

    I wish I'd received one, it would have saved my going out and getting another controller, if I'd been given the slightest confidence that something might turn up… eventually.
