    Using the Keyboard:
Press and hold the Function (Fn) key.
While holding the Fn key, press the F11 key once. This should toggle the NumLock off

    Using the On-Screen Keyboard:
Press the Ctrl + Windows Key (⊞) + O keys simultaneously to open the on-screen keyboard.
    Click on Options.
Check or uncheck the box next to Turn on numeric key pad to enable or disable the NumLock.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Since the keyboard is detachable they don't have keyboard specific features built into the BIOS on your C27-1800. Try enabling the onscreen keyboard and press the numlock on it. You could also plug a different keyboard in and use the numlock key on it as an option to get it off. The keyboards are very different for different locales and often different for different versions of the base machine. Hence the request for a picture…

To turn off NumLock on your Acer C27-1800-ES11, open the on-screen keyboard by pressing Ctrl + Windows Key ⊞ + O. Click on "Options" and check the box next to "Turn on numeric keypad." Then, click on the "NumLock" key on the on-screen keyboard to turn it off. Additionally, go to "Settings" > "Ease of Access" > "Mouse" and ensure that "Use numeric keypad to move mouse around the screen" is turned off. If you have an external keyboard with a NumLock key, you can connect it to your computer and use its NumLock key to control the NumLock function.
