VG271P 1920x1080 144 Hz 12-bit RGB-Monitor shows Blue gradient screen upon starting PC

Blue gradient screen shows up occasionally when I start up my PC. I'm using a Acer VG271P 1920x1080 144 Hz 12-bit RGB

    If it doesn't happen with the computer disconnected then the issue is most likely on the computer side of things…

    Do those lines show up when the splash screen is displayed with the computer either off or disconnected?

    no only when I first start up the PC, it only happens once in awhile and upon restarting it will either show that blue screen again or start up normally with my desktop
