Hi, your battery wear is actually only 29% that is very good for a 3-year-old battery. Check what programs are running at the background in Task Manager-processes, those should not be more than 80 apps, if you have many more uninstall the ones you don't use and disable some Startup programs in Task Manager too. Check your available memory you may need more RAM.

Hi, Health is not Wear, your battery is good according to that picture you posted, to check the battery condition run a battery report, paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, press Ctrl+P or right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

Battery health does not affect the performance.

Check your laptop's temperature during gaming and close any background applications.

yes it does bro, battery wear lets you know how many charge can hold and etc, for example my wear is 70%, and the battery is draining fast, and performance on gaming is awful because it cannot hold charge the way it used to.

It does not affect the performance if the charger is plugged in. The charger's power can handle all the laptop performance. While gaming, you should keep the charger plugged in all the time.
