Why is my nitro 5 laptop's home screen black with only the mouse pointer visible after logging in?

I did restart my laptop several times. The lock screen seems fine. But when I log in the home screen turns black and I can can see only the mouse pointer. Even restarting in safe mode didn't helped.

Hi, Open Task manager > Go to Services Tab > Restart StateRepositry Service > Then go to Windows Processes and start/restart explorer.exe (see 2nd picture).

Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date to download the latest drivers. Sometimes, display settings can cause issues, so try changing the resolution or refresh rate to see if it makes a difference. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command sfc /scannow to check for and repair any corrupted system files. Make sure your Windows 11 Pro is fully updated, as updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve performance. Open Device Manager, find your display adapter, right-click it, and select "Uninstall device." Restart your laptop, and Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.
