This issue can sometimes occur if the model name in the BIOS doesn't include the word "Nitro." Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this: Check the model name in the BIOS or Acer Care Center application, and if it doesn't include "Nitro," you'll need to update it. Since updating the model name in the BIOS can only be done at a local service center, it's best to contact Acer support for assistance. Additionally, uninstall NitroSense from the Control Panel, then open Command Prompt as an administrator and type lodctr /R (make sure "R" is in capital letters). After that, reinstall NitroSense.

Has your laptop ever been repaired or reinstalled Windows before?

No, it hasn't been repaired. I deleted the application by mistake. I did the installation in the first builds and it was installed normally, I don't understand what has changed now.

Try to install Acer Care Center to check the laptop model name.

It seems to be missing the Nitro in the model number. The fix is to go to the plugs folder in the NitroSense and rename the folder Nitro AN515-57 to AN515-57.

Uninstall nitrosense services from control panel. Open Cmd as administrator and type and press enter after command- lodctr /r

    Install and open nitrosense

If the below mentioned steps are not working, the model name will need to be updated to include the word Nitro. This can only be done at a local service center. Please contact our Customer Service for additional support.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
