For about half a year I have been facing a very annoying problem. In most games the textures are very bad, blurred even at Ultra settings, (FarCry 5, FarCry3-4, NFSHeat...)
The drivers are updated, the resolution is correct, the video card drivers are updated, the computer is running games at high settings, the composites are good, the laptop temperature is ok in games.
I tried almost everything I could find on the net, nothing worked. I even changed even to change windows nothing, I installed the games on different SSD same nothing.
Who can help me get rid of this annoying problem.

  • To resolve the issue of blurry textures in games, consider the following steps:

    1. Check Texture Filtering: Ensure that texture filtering is set to "High" or "Ultra" in the game settings.
    2. Check Nvdia control panel setting and ser texture related setting to high.
    3. Disable HD Texture Packs: Some users have reported that disabling HD texture packs can improve texture clarity.
    4. Graphics Driver Rollback: If the issue started after a driver update, try rolling back to a previous version of the graphics driver, as some updates can cause graphical issues.
    5. Adjust Resolution: Verify that your display resolution matches the game's native resolution.

To improve texture clarity in games using the NVIDIA Control Panel, consider the following settings:

    1. Anisotropic Filtering: Set this to 16x to enhance texture quality, especially at oblique angles.
    2. Texture Filtering - Quality: Change this to High Quality for better texture rendering.
    3. Image Scaling: Disable this if enabled, as it may introduce blurriness.
    4. Anti-Aliasing: Ensure it's set to Application-controlled to avoid unnecessary blurring.
    5. Vertical Sync: Disable if experiencing input lag, which can affect perceived texture clarity.

These adjustments can help mitigate blurry textures in games

    Same problem in my

    Aspire 7 A715-75G laptop

I believe it's a GPU or most likely Monitor fault?

Nothing changes anything. I have been having this problem for past 2-3 years in this laptop. It's the faulty Nvidia GPU or the iGPU. It's just a built-in hardware issue. No settings can fix it. I just got unlucky buying this laptop.
