Hi, It could be the RAM modules it could be a bad battery from 2019. Try first this: Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black under the SSD, see picture) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- terminals inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that remove the RAM module(s) from the slot(s), if you have a spare RAM module install that otherwise just replace the module(s) firmly and reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot. If no success, replace the 6-year-old battery.

There are two status lights on the side:

They don't say anything about one blinking blue, though on other models that is an indication of a bad battery. Your system is a bit too new for the battery to have failed during normal use though.

The pinhole can be used to do a reset on the battery, but it's more than just clicking the button behind the hole. Disconnect everything, including the charger then press and hold the button for 15 seconds. Release and wait a while, long enough to have a cup of coffee maybe, then plug only the charger in. Wait for the full battery indication then try again to turn it on.

1 Ensure no DVD or external drive is connected to the laptop.

Disconnect the power cable from your laptop, then press and hold the power button for 10+ seconds to perform a hard shut down

Wait a few seconds, then reconnect the power cable and see if your laptop will boot up.

2 If the laptop still does not boot up, try this method to reset the BIOS.

Remove the power cable from your laptop.

Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes

Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, does it boot into Windows?

If diskpart doesn't see the SSD then the SSD isn't working, which explains the no bootable device error. That shouldn't generate a BSOD, which is a Windows thing and not possible if the drive isn't being recognized. Can you take a picture of the BSOD for us?
