My Wi-Fi was running well last night, I hibernated my PC, and went to bed. This morning, the Wi-Fi does not seem to work - no adapter. I checked the device manager and clicked on 'show hidden devices'. As you can see a number of the adapters are hidden. I uninstalled the RZ616 thinking it will reinstall at restart, but it did not.

Now, I the adapter is not available in device manager anymore, and I cannot use Wi-Fi. How to fix this?

    Try to disable the power-saving mode for your wireless network adapters. Possibly due to incorrect firmware or driver, your wireless NIC adapter cannot resume after waking up from sleep mode.

    The problem now is that the RZ616 wifi adapter is not available in the device manager at all so I am not sure if that would work. see the attachment below

    @presbaba

    Turn off the laptop, unplug the charger, and hold the button for 15 seconds. This will reset the power and bring the WiFi back.

    Thanks for your suggestions. I had to reset the bios to fix it.
