I have a Packard Bell Model PEW91 Mfg date 10/10. I have installed W7 and updated using Windows update. Still I lack the two drivers

The snid number is: XXXX.

This number is not recognized in the support page.

    Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020. This means that Packard Bell Model PEW91, like all other devices running Windows 7, no longer receives updates, including security updates, from Microsoft. This laptop is no longer supported by Acer Support and there are no more W7 drivers available. If you want to continue with this legacy laptop, I advise installing a Linux OS.

    You could also install Windows 10 on that model. The used ones I see offered through web searches all seem to be running W10.

    I only have a W7 licens no licens for W10

    I installed W10 and activated via phone. Works great. Many thx.

    Yes, W10 was a free upgrade for a long time, and although they rescinded that after some years they never actually stopped it…
