I had to format my laptop because my Windows was corrupted, and after formatting it, when I turned it on for the first time, I noticed that the video card was not being detected by the system.

I not find it in the Task Manager or Device Manager.
When I tried to install the Nvidia drivers, it said that could not find the hardware.
I have already tried installing BIOS updates, available on the Acer website, and resetting it by removing the battery for a few minutes. But the system continues to recognize only the Intel UHD video card.

Some topics I read said it could be a corrupted Vbios, but my device's warranty ended a few months ago and I don't know how to proceed.

Go through this guide here "Nvidia Graphics Cards Not Detected" and if after doing all these steps (which you have done most anyway) then your NVidia gpu is fried and you will only be able to use the Intel 10Th Gen cpu HD graphics or if you want your laptop to have a functioning NVidia gpu for high end gaming, you will need to change the mainboards with a new one from the list below.

The below list are all the mainboards fitted by Acer to the PH35-53 laptop, if you buy a new board you can also upgrade the cpu to the top of the range mainboard model "Ci710870H HM470 GN20E7 8GB" which aint cheap (see Ali Express for cheaper boards) as the i7-10870H with the RTX3080 8GB gpu new is a humongous price which is not worth buying as you would be much better off buying a new Predator laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

    Thanks man.

But now for some reason the Nvidia driver is installed and the system detects the GPU, but while I benchmark it is only using 700MB of VRAM. I don't know if the VRAM reading is having issues or if the GPU is actually using only that much VRAM.

Be aware that the higher gpu memory of your laptops RTX 2070 8GB 90W OC is only used when you use intensive software and/or play games, as at idle like the GPUz is showing at 730MB is a normal amount at idle vram. Just as an example, in my PHN16-71 laptop my RTX4050 6GB gpu which has a lower vram is showing 1074MB so the ratio is about correct at idle. Do a gpu benchmark test like with FutMrk and see how your RTX2070 memory performs. Good luck.
