Hi, the Acer Aspire F15 F5-573G-58GV does not have a TPM 2.0 chip. This model is equipped with a 6th generation Intel Core i5-6200U CPU, which does not support TPM 2.0. There is simply no way that this laptop can run on Windows11 as these two vices (not Gen. 8 CPU and no TPM2.0) with Secure Boot are the main prerequisites of installing Windows11.

The Acer Aspire F15 F5-573G-58GV is not explicitly listed among the models tested for Windows 11 compatibility by Acer. You can reference Acer's compatibility list for Windows 11 to see if your model is supported : https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/windows/windows-11-compatibility.html

Hi Thanks for your response but my model has the i5 7200u chip and it does have TPM 2.0 and does meet all the requirements but for the minimum 8th Gen chip. The one thing that I am unable to find to enable is a bios setting for the virtualisation that is required. An Acer user in Finland has successfully upgraded (microsoft community blog) but the conversation is closed and as a consequence not able to contact him. The software company that he used no longer has the software available. thanks for your response though. - much appreciated.

Thanks that is helpful. I did check the list a week or two back and the chip i5 7200U was listed but it was suggested may not fully support the installation. recent list that I checked last week no longer carried the chip on the list. Other previously listed had also disappeared.

    Thanks will check again
