Does the Wifi device disappear after waking up from sleep?

Do you really mean SF14-41? Maybe SF314-41, SFX14-41 or SFG14-41? I don't find an SF14-41 model… Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFxxx-xxx-xxxx. If yours is from the SFG14-41 series then the M.2 slot for WLAN might only support the CNVIo style cards, so the stock AX211 is best. The USB signal going doesn't look like it's to the port, so the base cards like the AX210 wouldn't work. The block diagram is blurry, but you can kind of make out what's going to that slot:

yeh sorry for that my model no. is SFG-14-41 but

Intel®  Integrated Connectivity moves key elements of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® Technology into Intel® processors.

    The solution is comprised of:

    • CNVi, the integrated wireless IP portion of Intel processors
    • A companion RF (CRF) module in M.2 form factor (2230 and 1216 Soldered Down)

These Intel® Wireless Adapters are CRF modules that support Intel® Integrated Connectivity:

    • Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX411
    • Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX211
    • Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX203
    • Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201
    • Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX101
    • Intel® Wireless-AC 9560
    • Intel® Wireless-AC 9462
    • Intel® Wireless-AC 9461

These CRFs can only be used with select Intel processors/chipset on systems/motherboards that is specifically designed to support it.

Make sure that the BIOS is updated. And untick the box the allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

You are completely correct, they obviously have a glitch in the service guide, likely a copy and paste form one of the Intel SKUs. The AX210 should work…

This is from a comparable model, available in my region, so I could look it up:

So they state as part of the description that the RZ616 WLAN card is designed for the AMD platform. I wonder if AMD is doing something similar to what Intel does with a proprietary interface on that M.2 slot? If so, it would explain why the AX210 didn't work.
