When my computer is idle, it constantly works at temperatures of 65-70 degrees, when it opens the smallest application or reports a load to the processor, it sees temperatures of 101 degrees Celsius, this is not normal!

This has nothing to do with applications or such things. I've also done a clean installation. It doesn't change.

This is an Acer or Intel fault and no one is helping!

    Hi,

Yes, it runs hot but it's safe to use it, have you tried Balanced plan for Power Option?

Here are six top tips that'll help keep your laptop cool, and reduce the risk of it overheating:-
    Use a laptop cooling pad.
Use your laptop on flat surfaces.
Clean laptop air vents to remove dust.
Keep your laptop out of the heat.
Make sure you're using an original charger.
Avoid using unnecessary apps and processes.
Using a laptop cooling pad or adjusting the power settings to reduce heat generation can help mitigate overheating issues.

Are you running in normal mode, or silent mode? Here are the associated fan tables:

The Meteor Lake chips do run hotter than earlier Intel designs, with maximum temperatures of 115C instead of 100C. As can be seen in the fan tables they expect normal use to be in that 50-75C range…

It's not a solution. It's about hardware and software optimization.
