I bought a monitor since less than 1 year
And it has a problem with panel fault
Local repair (acer) in egypt took it and sent email to the HQ of acer
They gave me the option to take a full refund or a new one from the seller
- the seller refused to do that because i lost the box of the monitor
I got everything except the box so they dun wanna make a refund, is that logic?,

If they don't want to refund the money because you don't have the box, then get them to fix the monitor as that is covered under warranty. The monitor has to be fixed. Good luck.

Is there even an official email to keep in contact with acer international? Because local accer here doesn't help at all

I am not from Acer support but a warranty has a legal liability that has to be fulfilled in your country, so go that route as the monitor has to be fixed., Acer international can't help you. Good luck.
