Unable to detect M.2 SATA SSD on Acer Swift N20H2 (SF114-34-C52T), BIOS configuration or slot issue?

Good morning everyone, I hope someone already tried this and can help me

I have an Acer Swift model N20H2 (SF114-34-C52T) and I'm trying to install an M.2 SATA SSD to upgrade the disk space. From what I read this PC doesn't support NVMe but should support SATA SSDs. After installing it I can't see it from Windows or from BIOS, so I was wondering if the slot doesn't support anything at all? Or do I have to do something in BIOS?

I tried contacting the support but they told me they can't help with customizations, and when I asked at least for the manual - that I somehow can't find for this specific model - they told me that manuals are reserved for the support staff (LOL)
