Hi, if you upgraded to Windows11 22H2 or 23H2 you can make the Windows Recovery disk on another PC that has the same Windows11 version. Insert a 9GB or larger USB2.0 flash drive in the USB port of that PC and in Windows type "Recovery disk", takes about 1 hour to create, at the end it will ask if this drive will be used on another PC, click "Yes".

problem is that partition C: is destroyed and i m no able to copy hidden recovery partition

If you never backed up your boot drive and you lost your C: partition, there is nothing you can do other than reinstalling Windows11 23H2 with an ISO images downloaded from UUPdump.net.
